Can I order a size you don't have listed?

Custom sizes are available upon request. Please send us a message detailing your request, and we will work with you to fulfill your requirements!

Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping or packaging. Please note that the "Notes to Seller" box is not for gift notes.

Prices are never included in the packing slip, so if you would like, you can have your item shipped directly to the gift recipient.

Care instructions

All mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Canvas prints can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

T-shirts and tote-bags: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Returns & exchanges

All items are made-to-order, and as such we do not accept returns and exchanges.


Extra care is taken to assure your items are packaged well to avoid shipping damages. However, if your item does arrive damaged, please contact me to arrange a replacement. I do not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges due to shipping damage but will send out a replacement item free of charge.

Do the prints come framed?

No, none of the prints in the shop come framed. At this time we don’t offer framing, but all of our prints come in standard frame sizes for easy shopping.

I sent you the wrong information for my star map. Can you send me a new one?

Because of the amount of work and detail that goes into the creation of each custom star map, we are unfortunately unable to correct and replace prints for free. Please contact us if this is the case, and we can work something out!

Can I make edits to my digital star map?

Once the digital file is sent to you, you can request one design revision (title text, font selection, background colour). If you need to change the date, time, or location you will need to make an additional purchase.

If you would like a proof sent for approval before the final product is sent to you, please leave a note at checkout detailing your request, or contact us after you submit your order.

Shipping Inquiries

Extra care is taken to assure your product arrives safely, but if your item arrives damaged* we will replace it for free. In order to qualify for a replacement, photo(s) clearly showing damage to the product AND packaging must be provided.

Once your item has shipped, we are not responsible for any delays incurred by the postal service. We are also not responsible for package thefts and will not refund items confirmed as "delivered" via tracking.

Please note that the "Estimated Delivery Time" associated with your order is an estimate and NOT a guaranteed delivery date. We are not able to guarantee arrival by specific dates.
